Monthly Pitching 9U-12U $240
Pitching will be 2 days per week focusing on mechanics and arm care.
Each week will consist of mechanical work using med balls, water bags, and some weighted ball command drills.
Pitchers will ramp up throughout the week to throw 100% bullpens.
