Monthly Pitching 13U-18U $350
Pitching will be 3 days per week focusing on mechanics and arm care.
Each player will get an account on Rapsodo.
Each week will consist of mechanical work using the core velocity belts, med balls, water bags, and some weighted ball command drills.
Pitchers will ramp up throughout the week to throw 100% bullpens including live bullpens when ready.
